Developing the skills of your staff is a great way of building capacity to challenge inequalities within your organisation and making equality everyones business. Our aim is to help get you started on the way to real equality and turn your commitment into positive outcomes for your staff and customers.
Real eQuality can design a bespoke training module, tailor made for your organisation, can train and support key staff to deliver it and produce all of the training materials they will need to pass thier knowledge on.
The "Equality Confident - pass it on" programme is delivered by Celia Hart a registered UK Learning Provider and Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Celia has almost twenty years experience in the public sector.
At Real eQuality we keep it real - drawing on real life case studies and practical examples delivered by experienced trainers. We don't just leave you to it after the event - in addition to action planning and problem solving workshops, we are happy to keep in touch and update materials as needed.
