The programme is delivered over three months and consists of four energising one-day workshops, inspiring guest speakers, a detailed workbook and an opportunity for women to network and share experiences. The programme enables and empowers women to give more and get more out of their work and every other aspect of their life. They are supported to identify where they are going, and then develop the skills, “can-do” attitude and the confidence to get on with it.
