An introduction to Real eQuality
Real eQuality is a small training and consultancy based in Chester, England specialising in equality, diversity and human rights. We can provide advice and information and training - and it is all tailored to suit your needs. We pride ourselves in giving practical, no-nonsense support to employers, businesses and organisations in the public, private and community and voluntary sectors.
Real eQualtiy has been established to provide a cost-effective resource for employers, service providers and businesses who are committed to equality and want to get the very best out of the people who work for them.
Training and developing staff is an essential investment for all organisations that want to harness from the skills and talents of their workforce and develop a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
For this reason Real eQuality courses focus on three key areas: Knowledge, Skills, Attitude
Employers and service providers must not discriminate and must ensure that staff at all levels understand their roles and responsibilities in meeting the legal requirements, respecting their colleagues and customers and ensuring services are provided fairly and without bias.

Real eQuality also provides a range of "on-site" packages that include the preparation and delivery of a tailor-made training plan that will ensure there are lasting benefits for everyone. Real eQuality can facilitate problem solving, action planning or equality impact assessment workshops.
Course Portfolio
Real eQuality offers training and awareness sessions across all equality strands as well as skills based training on the practical aspects of meeting the legal requirements such as "how to carry out impact assessments" and "how to introduce equality monitoring arrangements".
All trainees receive useful information to take away and skill-based courses include free re-usable materials and toolkits.
