Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings and Confirmation
Provisional bookings on open courses will be held for ten working days. If a completed booking form has not been received within this period the place may be released.
Confirmation will be via email or telephone.
Bookings can be made
In the event of a course being over subscribed we will record the names of people interested in the course and advise if there are any late cancellations. In those cases an additional date may be offered.
Payments
Payment is due prior to attendance on the course, wherever possible.
Cheques should be made payable to Real Equality
Local authority purchase orders (if used) are required with the booking form.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent out in advance of the course as soon as a booking is received.
Invoices should be paid within 28 days.
Cancellation and Transfers
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to an event will incur the full fee, no refund will be made.
For cancellations with more than 14 days notice a full refund will be provided.
It is possible to transfer a booking to a later date in some circumstances. This will incur a £25 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellation of bookings previously transferred to other dates.
Real eQuality reserves the right to cancel events and alter workshop programmes where necessary.
In the event of cancellation by Real eQuality a new date may be offered. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. Where a new date is not available or convenient for those people who have confirmed and paid, a full refund will be issued.
Transfers
Places are transferable – please let us have details in advance of any substitute participants including details of any dietary or access requirements. (We require at least seven days prior to make suitable arrangements).

Workshop Documents and Delegate Packs
A delegate pack will be provided to each person attending the course and is included within the cost of the course. This will include delegate notes and workshop handouts and any free, reusable materials relevant to the course.
Handouts can not be purchased separately.
Reproduction of handouts produced by Real eQuality is not allowed without written consent.
Fees and Charges
We aim to provide high quality excellent value training to all of our customers.
We are happy to discuss your needs and work with you to design training package to suit your budget.
Real eQuality is registered as a training provider with the National Association of Councils for Voluntary Service. A standard discount of 10% is given to delegates from community and voluntary sector organisations. Discounted rates also apply for on-site equality training for community, voluntary and charitable organisations.
Feedback
Delegates will be asked to provide feedback about the Real eQuality event they have attended.
Feedback will be used to evaluate each event and help Real eQuality continually improve. We will produce a summary report after each event, and publish this on our website. Delegate names will not be included within this report.
Data Protection
Real eQuality will only retain and use information for the purposes for which you have provided it. We will not pass it on to other organisations unless this is stated when you provide information.
We may use this information to tell you about other events and services provided by Real eQuality from time to time.
Comments and Complaints
We are always pleased to receive feedback and comments about any aspect of Real eQuality, good or not so good. We aim to provide a high quality service but do accept that despite our very best efforts and genuine commitment to do so things may go wrong occasionally. We will respond to comments and complaints and will resolve any complaints effectively and quickly.
