Associate Trainers
Real eQuality works with a selection of experienced trainers as associates to ensure we offer as wide a range of equality and diversity related learning events and services as possible.
All of our associates are carefully selected based on their qualifications, life experiences and their ability to provide a high quality learning event.
Wherever possible we use trainers who are not only experienced as trainers but have direct life experience of the issue they are talking about. In practice this means that transgender awareness training directly involves trans people, disability awareness directly involves disabled people etc.
If you book any Real eQuality service you will always know who you will be working with in advance, and for in-house courses you will always get an opportunity to get to know your trainer before the event.
Trainers are all bound by the Real eQuality Code of Conduct as part of their contract with us.
